Nifty had swung around 120 points from the day's low on Nifty up 1.4% at 10,167 while the NiftyBank is up 2.4% at 20,873 Midcap and Smallcap Index are up India VIX however is down 2.5% to 28.94. Among the Sectoral Indices, Media Index now the top sectoral gainer which is up 3.8% while Metal, PSU Bank Index gain 3% and Auto and Realty are up over 1.5%.

Among the Frontline stocks, TataMotors remains the top gainer with >10.3% followed by IDBIBank, BajajHoldings, Infratel and UBL TCS and Marico remains the top Nifty laggard with over 1.5% followed by HUL, Cipla and Aro Pharma in Nifty100 Stocks,

On the FnO Space we have IDEA as top gainer followed by Tata Motor and OVR while SRF is top loser followed by IGL and TCS.

On the Open Interest (OI) front we have Long Built-up seen in UBL, AshokLey, Cummins, NCC while Short Built-up seen in Mindtree, Escorts, IGL and JublFOod. SBI Reported Net of Rs. 35.8Bn against Rs. 8.3Bn while street expectation was around Rs. 61Bn, NPA Down at 6.15% vs 6.94%, Net NPA down at 2.23% against 2.65%.

Over the next hour we see Nifty having Support at 10134, 10103, 10078, 10044 and 10016. Resistances are placed at 10189m 10224, 10268 and 10299. Bank Nifty is critical support of 20569 and Resistance of 20948. SRF cash above 3698 can test 3721 and 3748 with SL of 3671 (CMP 3776) and SBI cash below 178 (CMP 180) can test 175 and 171 with SL above 183.2.
