Director Ameer And Producer Gnanavel Raja Controversy

While producer Gnanavel Raja has been making accusations against director Ameer Sultan about Paruthiveeran, many people oppose and support Ameer Sultan. Currently, actor and director Ponvannan has expressed his opinion on that line.

The 2007 movie 'Paruthiveeran' was directed by Ameer Sultan, composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, starring Karthi, Priyamani, Saravanan, Ponvannan and others.

The film was a huge success both critically and at the box office. Priyamani won the National Award for Best Actress for that movie. All the songs from the Paruthiveeran movie were a super hit.

Karthi, who debuted as a hero in 'Paruthiveeran', recently starred in 'Japan', his 25th film. For that, the movie team held a grand 'Karthi 25' ceremony in Chennai. Karthi told the audience that Ameer Sultan was invited to the function. But Aamir said that Karti did not call him directly; he was called by someone, so he did not attend.

After this, the producer of 'Paruthiveeran' Studio Green, Gnanavel Raja, spoke harshly about Aamir in an interview on a YouTube site. The first budget of the film 'Paruthiveeran' was 2 crore 75 lakhs, but the amount settled at the film's end was 4 crore 85 lakhs," he said about the amount spent on the film. The additional amount is two crores and ten lakhs for the argument, which is still ongoing.

The interview was given by the producer Gnanavelis, going viral on social media and as news in the media. A few days later, director and actor Sasikumar, Samuthirakani, who worked as a co-director in the film, and Ponvannan, who played Priyamani's father in the film, issued statements in support of Ameer Sultan and almost warned Gnanavel Raja.
