James Kannada Movie Box Office Collection On Its First Day

Late Kannada actor Puneet Rajkumar's last film James was released on March 17. The film has garnered huge anticipation among the fans in Karnataka, with James setting a record for the first day. Puneet Rajkumar's James has topped the box office in KGF, surpassing its box office receipts on the first day.

The James movie has been released in more theatres than any other film in Karnataka so far. In Karnataka alone, 2500 shows were screened on the first day. A total of 4000 shows worldwide were screened on the first day. 

In this situation, Puneet Rajkumar's James film has set a new record by grossing over Rs 27 crore in Karnataka on the first day. It is noteworthy that no Kannada film released so far has created such a box office record on the first day.

Yash's KGF movie, which made headlines in Kannada worldwide, had grossed a good collection  Karnataka on its opening day, which is said to be the highest-grossing movie in Kannada cinema so far. In this case, Puneet Rajkumar's James film has surpassed the KGF's first box office collection. Fans are waiting for KGF 2, which is to be released on April 14, to break this record.

Puneet Fans celebrate this movie in theatres as a tribute to the late Puneet Rajkumar. It is also said that no one will put forward negative reviews against the film. James movie is directed by Chethan Kumar and produced by Kishore Pathikonda. James is expected to conduct a good collection hunt in the first week.
