The year end is almost years, and the Tamil cinema fans are excited to know the list of Tamil movies to be released in January 2022. The new year 2022 release Tamil movies are highly competitive as the lead heroes are coming back to back on big screens. The movies to be released in January 2022 are RRR Raththam Ranam Rowthiram, Anbarivu, Valimai and Radhe Shyam. Other movies that are aired to be released are Border, Veerame Vaagi Soodum, Thael, Dhruva Natchathiram, Bagheera, Rubam, Pambattam, Pizza, Vaaitha, Kasethan Kadavulada.

Since the is no covid protocols and the theatres are opened, the movies are released in theatres with 100% occupancy. And the new year release Tamil movies are going to be a good visual treat for the fand audiences. Pongal 2022 will be a memorable one for movie fans with the release of their favourite star movies.

RRR Raththam Ranam Rowthiram Telugu movie starring  NTR Rama Rao, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt is set for theatrical release from January 7 (postponed). RRR is going to be a Pan India movie, and it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada. RRR Is a fictional story about two Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad.

RRR is directed by S. S. Rajamouli and produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. The music for this movie is composed by M. M. Keeravani with cinematography by K. K. Senthil Kumar and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad. RRR is a debut for Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in Telugu cinemas.

Next comes the Valimai movie, the most expected movie worldwide. As officially announced, the film will be released on January 13, 2022. Valimai Tamil movie is directed by H. Vinod and produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. The music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film stars Ajith Kumar, Huma Qureshi and Kartikeya Gummakonda.

Valimai is the second merge of actor Ajith, director Vinoth and Boney Kapoor after Nerkonda Paarvai, which was released in 2019. Valimai is an action thriller movie, and it is set for theatrical release. The making of Valimai has created goosebumps not only for the Ajith fans but also for the other audience.

As Boney Kapoor says, the film will have racing sequences, and it was confirmed after watching the making videos. The excitement among the Ajith fans is high on this movie as it is the Ajith movie releasing after two long years.

Following Valimai comes Radhe Shyam, a romantic drama directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, starring Prabhas and Pooja Hedge. The movie is produced by UV Creations, Gopi Krishna Movies and the T- series. It is said that the movie was shot simultaneously both in Hindi and Telugu. The music for this lovely movie is composed by Thaman.

Radhe Shyam movie was supposed to be released on July 30, 2021, but was postponed due to Covid Pandemic, and now the movie is set for theatrically released on January 14, 2022  (postponed), coinciding with the festival of Sankranti, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Japanese and Chinese languages.

Anbarivu Tamil action movie directed by Aswin Raam starring Hiphop Tamilzha, will be released on January 7. Anbarivu movie is a directorial debut for Aswim Raam. Hiphop Aadhi is doing a dual role in this movie. Sathya Jyothi Films produce the movie.

Anbarivu will be released on the OTT platform on Disney Hotstar due to COVID 19 pandemic, and therefore, the movie skipped theatrical release. The music for this movie is composed by Hiphop Tamizha.
