The assistant director of the original version Pelli Choopulu, Kaarthikk Sundar, is directing this movie in Tamil. Priya Bhavani Shankar has been signed in for the female lead, according to the source form the crew.
As of now, there is no official title given to this movie. Pelli Choopulu is a content-driven film from the Telugu cinema industry. Vijay Devarkonda and Ritu Varma posed in the lead roles. It seems Harish Kalyan would be the most eligible person to take the place of Vijay Devarkonda.
