A highly anticipated film bringing together Tamil cinema legends Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan is set to take its first step forward, with the promo shoot expected to begin this Saturday, according to industry sources. Nelson Dilipkumar is directing the project, making it one of the most talked-about collaborations in recent times.

While an official announcement is still awaited, the film is currently being referred to within the industry as #Thalaivar174X #KH238. Reports suggest the promo shoot will have a light-hearted, humorous tone, offering fans an exciting glimpse of the legendary duo sharing the screen.

Meanwhile, another Rajinikanth project is also moving forward. Director Cibi Chakravarthy is gearing up to begin work on #Thalaivar173, produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International. Rajinikanth recently confirmed that filming for this project will commence in April, describing it as a full-fledged commercial entertainer.

The film was initially planned with director Sundar C, but he later exited, paving the way for Cibi Chakravarthy to take over the reins.

With multiple major projects lining up and a potential Rajinikanth-Kamal Haasan collaboration on the horizon, Tamil cinema fans can expect an exciting phase ahead. Official updates from the makers are eagerly awaited.
