Bollywood's star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have bought a luxurious sea-facing quadruplex in suburban Bandra, a prime area of Mumbai, for Rs 119 crores. According to reports, they will soon become neighbours of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
Actor Ranveer Singh and Actress Deepika Padukone bought a quadruplex in a residential tower called 'lush residential tower'. According to the information released in this regard, they bought the flat for Rs. 119 crores. This new flat they bought is said to be one of the most expensive flats in the country.
Also, the place where they bought the flat is located between Salman Khan's Galaxy apartment and Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat bungalow. The actor has bought the apartment spread across floors 16, 17, 18 and 19th floors of the tower in Sagar Resham. It has a total carpet area of 11,266 square feet and a 1300 sq ft exclusive terrace.
It is said that an sq. ft is sold here for Rs. 1 lakh. And the registration fee paid by Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone to the revenue department alone is Rs.7.13 crore. It is noteworthy that 19 parking spaces have been reserved for Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in the parking area of this tower.
