Sita Ramam movie is about Lieutenant Ram (Dulquer Salmaan), an orphan who is a soldier in the Indian Army (1964). After completing a task successfully, he gains widespread recognition on All India Radio, where listeners start to adopt him as their own and write messages to him.

Their messages comforted him and made him and his friends rejoice. One day he receives a message from a woman, Sita Mahalakshmi (Mrunal Thakur), who refers to him as her husband. Rashmika Mandanna will not be able to find Sita, so she will try to find Ram. That is where the story will begin.
