Air India: Shankar Mishra Arrested For Urinating On Female Passenger

A man who urinated on a female passenger on an Air India flight from New York to Delhi has been arrested in Bengaluru. 

The Delhi Police have investigated the incident. Following this incident, the police sought the accused, Shankar Mishra (ACCUSED). Mishra was booked under sections 294 (obscene act in public), 354 (assault or criminal rape with intent to outrage the modesty of a woman), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult) of the Indian Penal Code, and 510 (being under the influence of alcohol).
