The 44th Chess Olympiad has been going on since July 29 in Mamallapuram and has ended today. The closing ceremony starts at 6 pm.

In the Chess Olympiad, six teams participated in India A, B, and C in the open category and A, B, and C in the women's category. But only two teams, India B and India A won medals in the open category. India Open B team and India Women A team won bronze. However, Gukesh, who has shown an amazing performance for India, has won the gold in the individual category. Not only him, India's Nihal Sarin, who has played well for India, has won gold in the individual category. Arjun Erikasi won silver.

In this situation,  Pragnananda, Vaishali, Tania Sachdev and Divya Deshmukh won bronze medals on the last day of the competition.
