The head of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has said that the corona pandemic has seen a change but is not over. Tedros Adhanom has said that the number of corona infections is increasing again in 110 countries around the world and that the number of people receiving treatment for the covid has increased by 20 per cent.

He also said that he is urging the countries of the world to ensure that at least 70 per cent of the population is vaccinated to prevent the wave of Corona. Tedros Adhanom also said that in the last year and a half, 1,200 million doses of corona vaccines had been given around the world.

In India, the number of corona cases has slightly increased today as compared to yesterday. In the last 24 hours, 18,819 people have been infected with the coronavirus in India. This is higher than yesterday's impact of 11,793 and yesterday's impact of 14,506. 13,827 people have recovered from Corona in the last 24 hours. 1,04,555 people are being treated for the coronavirus across the country. According to the Ministry of Health, 39 people have died due to Corona in the last 24 hours.

In many states, the government has made it strict about wearing masks, but still, people are so lethargic and do not wear the mask in public transport and are not maintaining social distance.
