Chief Minister M.K. Stalin took his campaign straight to the streets of Tiruchirappalli, walking through the busy Gandhi Market and connecting directly with the public. Instead of a typical political rally, it felt more like a close, personal interaction with the people.

He was campaigning for DMK's Trichy East candidate Inigo Irudhayaraj, who is facing a tough contest against TVK leader Vijay. As Stalin walked through the crowded market lanes, he stopped to greet shopkeepers, vendors, and local residents. Many gathered around him, some cheering, others trying to speak to him about their concerns.

At Palakkarai, he even paused at a small tea shop, spending a few moments with locals before continuing his walk towards Beema Nagar. The busy Gandhi Market, known for its constant rush, turned even more lively as people crowded in to see him.

This kind of direct interaction shows how seriously the campaign is being taken ahead of the April 23 elections. Stalin's approach clearly focuses on meeting people face-to-face, especially urban and working-class voters.

The campaign doesn't stop here. On April 2, Stalin is set to continue his outreach in Coimbatore, supporting DMK candidate V. Senthilbalaji, who is contesting from Coimbatore South.
