Naam Tamilar Katchi has been allocated Mike symbol to contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024.

The Seeman-led Naam Tamilar Party has been allotted the sugarcane farmer symbol for the 2019 and 2021 elections. However, the Seeman party did not get the symbol in the current parliamentary elections due to its late application to the Election Commission.

Subsequently, the Election Commission of India provided the 'Mike' symbol to be reserved for the Naam Tamilar Party in the parliamentary elections.

Naam Tamil Party officials sent an email request to the Election Commission to allocate a different symbol instead of the Mike symbol. Party coordinator Seaman's side requested the Election Commission to allocate a boat or sailboat symbol.

Subsequently, the Election Commission of India rejected Seeman's request to allocate a different symbol. Also, the Election Commission instructed Seeman to contest using the mic symbol that had already been allocated.

The question that arises among the people is how Naam Tamilar Katchi candidates will effectively promote their new Mike symbol to gain votes. It is believed that the party has already discussed this in detail and will actively work to register its symbol with the voters.
