Black Hole Sound Released By NASA Has Raised Many Questions

Black holes are said to abound throughout space. Although the Black Hole was discovered many years ago, research is being carried out in this regard. Research on black holes continues even now. Black holes are usually thought to form from the destruction of certain massive stars when they explode.

Some of these black holes are said to be many times the size of the Sun. They are big enough to swallow the entire solar system. Its gravity has the power to pull everything in space.

Astronomers can identify these by their gravitational pull and orbiting nearby galaxies. As the study continues, NASA scientists released a sound from a black hole last May.

NASA has now again released a video with audio of what such a black hole would sound like. While it is generally believed that sound does not travel through the vacuum of space, the sound of a black hole released by NASA is a bit supernatural. Many netizens are surprised to report that it sounds like ghosts or aliens moaning.

NASA tweeted, "The misconception that there is no sound in space originates because most space is a vacuum, providing no way for sound waves to travel. A galaxy cluster has so much gas that we've picked up actual sound. Here it's amplified, and mixed with other data, to hear a black hole!"

Sound waves can't travel through much of space since it is a vacuum. However, galaxy clusters can emit a lot of gas that envelops many galaxies, allowing sound waves to pass through them. Sound waves captured from a black hole about 200 million light-years away from Earth have left everyone speechless.
