Coronavirus: 27 Years Old Died Due To Covid In Trichy

A young boy from Trichy who was infected with Corona died yesterday. This has brought back the fear of Covid 19 in Tamil Nadu.

The day before yesterday, two people from foreign countries and one from Sri Lanka were diagnosed positive for Covid 19. In this case, a 27-year-old youth from Trichy working in Bangalore went to Goa with his colleagues and was infected with Coronavirus.

After returning to Trichy four days ago, he developed diarrhoea and was dehydrated. The teenager was immediately admitted to a private hospital and died the day before yesterday.

Blood samples of the young boy were sent for analysis. In this, it was confirmed that he was infected by Coronavirus. Following this, his body was cremated as per government regulations.

Also, arrangements have been made to check and monitor the people in his house, the district administration said. Also, surveillance and inspection have been intensified at Trichy Airport.

Meanwhile, 3,056 people were tested yesterday in Tamil Nadu, and 40 tested positive for Covid 19. Ten people were affected in Chennai and Coimbatore, and four in Chengalpattu.
