Bus and trains services will begin in all the districts inside Tamil Nadu from Sept 7, Chief Minister Edappadi K.Palanisamy.

Public Transports like buses and trains cancellation has been a hard time amidst CoVid-19 lockdown. Though the central government announced relaxations on transport feasibility last month, the Tamil Nadu government continues to hinder the means for better Coronavirus prevention results.

Notably, the call-off came only today, while the September relaxations of the State were announced last Sunday by the government. The State authorities insisted the public and private transport commence services from Sept 1, only inside the districts with the prescribed COVID norms.

But the private transport owners organized a strike on Tuesday to facilitate transport services between the districts as the announced relaxations will not pose any profit and lead to more life deterioration.

Considering the Tamilnadu bus owners association's request and people's struggle to travel beyond districts, Edappadi K.Palanisamy has ordered the bus and train transport to begin all over the State from Sept7, 2020.

Despite all, Tamil Nadu C.M. strictly ordered the public and transport department to follow the Central and State government's curfew norms while traveling in order to contain the deadly contagion.
