Chennai Flower Exhibition 2022 At the Chennai Kalaivanar Arena

On the occasion of former Chief Minister Karunanidhi's 99th birthday, Chief Minister Stalin paid floral tributes to his portrait at Anna Arivalayam.

Former Chief Minister Karunanidhi's birthday is celebrated on June 3. In turn, the Department of Horticulture has organized a flower show for the first time at the Chennai Kalaivanar Arena. The flower show runs from today (June 3) until the 5th.

The exhibition will feature floral decoration, figurines made of vegetables, floral arches, colourful flowers in pots and a cup made of flowers. A special place is also set up for taking selfies at the flower show. A total of 128 types of flowers are on display in various shapes. For adult, the entry fee is Rs.50 and for kids it is Rs. 20

The best photos sent by the public will also be placed in the flower show. The Art Gallery has a festive atmosphere for the flower show, says Horticulture Department officials.
