The climate in Coonoor is incredible: In contradiction to Ooty, which is abnormally hotter for the past two days, Coonoor experiences a cool and breezy climate this week. After a heavy rain that happened last week, Coonoor came back to its normal existence.
Due to the heavy rain, the road towards Coonoor and Ooty were covered with mud and debris because of landslides. Now the PWD has cleared the pathway and opened the hill station for visitors.
As it is a weekend, people are flocking into Coonoor rather than to Ooty, which is more famous for holiday trips. It has been drizzling and misty from the morning in Coonoor. On the other side, it is sunny in Ooty and hotter than the regular climate.
