Recently in Tamilnadu, the new infection rate was befalling below 3000. Last month around 5000 people were diagnosed with the novel virus. But in October, there was a visible change in infection, and discharge is higher than admission.

According to the statements, new 2,652 cases thrived on Oct 29, hiking the total positive cases to 7,19,403. The total active cases declined to 24,886, with 4,087 discharge after proper treatment. Meanwhile, 35 people lost their precious life today, lifting the total death rate so far to 11,053.

In India, the rate of recovery from corona infection has been increased to 90.85 percent. The number of people recovering from the infection across the country is notably rising while the death toll continues to fall.

Chennai: Chennai persists its place in COVID cases. But cases gradually lessens day by day in COVID positive cases. New 756 people are tested positive. Totally 1,98,487 people were affected in Chennai by SARS_CoV2. The death rate increased back to 9, and 902 people are sent back home healthy.

Chennai (756), Coimbatore (251), Chengalpattu(148), Salem (170), and Thiruvallur (146) are the top affected Tamilnadu cities. Coimbatore keeps up the second Place in Tamilnadu. The government decided to extend the lockdown throughout November too. Let's hope TN people will get rid of COVID soon.
