DMK MLA J. Anbazhagan Passed Away Due to Covid-19.
DMK's important MLA and Chepauk constituency representative for the Tamil Nadu assembly, J. Anbazhagan, has lost his life to COVID-19 on his 62nd birthday. The administration of the private hospital, where the MLA was admitted to treatment, declared him dead today on June 10, 2020.
Anbazhagan was admitted to the Dr. Rela Institute and Medical Center at Chrompet on June 2 as soon as he obtained acute respiratory illness, which turned out to be the COVID-19 on the PCR test.
According to the hospital, Anbazhagan was kept in Ventilator support since his admission to the COVID-19 ward. On Monday, the hospital administration said that his health was on the improving path as he needed less oxygen than the first day of his admission.
