Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin left for Dubai on the night of the 24th for his first state visit abroad. He inaugurated the Tamil Nadu portion at the Dubai Expo and continued attending various Dubai events for two consecutive days.

Following this, Chief Minister MK Stalin went to Abu Dhabi yesterday. A total of 6,100 crore rupees worth of investments was received for Tamil Nadu through Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip.

Chief Minister MK Stalin returned to Chennai by private plane and was warmly welcomed by Ministers Duraimurugan, Ponmudi, Industry Secretary Krishnan and senior officials.

At press meeting, "The trip to Dubai was a success. Foreigners praised the favorable environment for starting a business in Tamil Nadu.

Memorandums of Understanding were signed to attract more investors to Tamil Nadu. MOUs worth Rs 6,100 crore have been signed with six major companies and chances to create 14,700 jobs," said Chief Minister MK Stalin.
