No Chennai Suburban Train Service Today Due To Heavy Rain Record

Chennai suburban train service has been cancelled today (December 5) as heavy rains have been recorded in Chennai due to cyclone Michuang. Similarly, 25 Egmore and Central Railway Station trains have also been cancelled. Southern Railway has issued a notification in this regard.
Regarding the suburban train service, the Chennai Coast - Chengalpattu, Chennai Central - Arakkonam, and Chennai Central - Sullurupeta trains have been cancelled. Similarly, 25 trains from Chennai Egmore and Central railway station have been cancelled. At the same time, the Chennai Metro train service will operate at its usual times.
