Petrol Bomb Hurled At RSS Leader House In Salem And Madurai

Unpleasing incidents have occurred in various districts of Tamil Nadu for the past few days. In Coimbatore, Pollachi and Erode, petrol bombs were hurled at the shops and vehicles of BJP and Hindu leaders. The Bharatiya Janata Party office was also bombed.

Subsequently, heavy security was put in place at Bharatiya Janata offices across Tamil Nadu. In connection with the attack, a case has been registered in the police stations in the respective areas and investigations are being conducted. DGP Sylendra Babu ordered police to be alert across the state to prevent such attacks.

Following this, police intensified security operations in all districts. Night patrols have also been stepped up. More than 100 people have been arrested on suspicion and are being investigated. The police informed today that 16 petrol bombs were hurled at places belonging to BJP.

 In Salem, a kerosene bomb was thrown at the RSS administrator's house. There was also a road blockade, and 77 people were arrested. On Saturday, three petrol bombs were hurled at the house of an RSS member MS Krishnan in Madurai.
