Masinagudi Tiger Attack: T23 Tiger Which killed 4 Humans Captured

The public staged a protest saying that the Man-eater tiger must be shot as soon as possible. But wildlife activists have demanded that the Tiger not be fired. Following this arguments, the case was also held and Chennai high court ordered to capture the Tiger alive.

Meanwhile, the T23 Tiger was under heavy search with the help of 2 Kumkis and hound dogs. The shooting squad was brought to the spot from Kerala, Karnataka, in order to shoot the Tiger. The Tiger snuck into a dense bush after being injected with an anaesthetic by The forest department. After a huge struggle taken by the forest department, even after injecting double anaesthetic dose the T23 Tiger escaped from the spot and is roaming in Singara area near Masinagudi.
