Due to this, heavy to very heavy rain may occur at one or two places in the Ranipet, Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Tirupattur, Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts.
Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Kallakurichi, Salem, Erode, and Nilgiris districts may experience heavy rain in one or two places. The Meteorological Department has said that this heavy rain will continue tomorrow (December 11). Also, for Chennai, the sky will generally be cloudy for the next 24 hours.
