TANGEDCO Launches Mobile App to Pay Bills and Register Complaints

TANGEDCO Introduces Mobile Application

Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) mobile application is transforming customer support with efficient bill payments and to raise complaints.

Coimbatore Region's TANGEDCO Chief Engineer K Kuppurani said people can install this mobile app from the Google Play Store. This is an integrated mobile app available only for the android users.

In order to raise a complaint, customers need to register their mobile number and submit the One Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number for verification. After verification, people can register their complaints instantly. If the customer has a service connection number, you need to enter your number along with your region code.

Using the TANGEDCO app, customers can complain about meter discrepancies, power failures, voltage fluctuations, billing disputes, energy theft, dangerous poles, and more.

This initiative aims to simplify and speed up complaint resolution, providing better service for Tamil Nadu consumers. Customers can also make use of this app to make their electricity payments.

The progress of the complaint and the actions taken on them will be updated on the Tangedco mobile application, and the complaint status will be sent to the customer's registered mobile number through a text message. The primary focus of this initiative is to speed up and take action for the complaint resolution process.
