TN TET exam dates notification for the B.E.graduate applicant: Tamilnadu government's Teacher Eligibility test via TET has taken shape to its next level of giving lecturer employment to the engineering flocks too. The Tamil Nadu teachers recruitment board has announced the official notification for the TET exams to be conducted this June 27 and 28 of 2020 on its website recently with the official confirmation for the same to be on May 2020. However, the application process for the TN TET exam is still in progress and hope the TN government announces the application dates soon after this official notification.

Screening for the teachers' eligibility occurs as two levels. The exam consists of two papers - paper-I and paper-II. Candidates willing to teach classes I to V have to appear for paper-I while those willing to teach classes VI to VIII have to take paper-II. Candidates can appear for the two papers if interested in getting the class grade coaching bigger by clearing the type of paper.

The application fee for the TNTET candidates appearing in one paper costs Rs.500 for the general category and Rs.250 for ST/SC/OBC/PwD category. Similarly, if one candidate wills to attend both, the paper should pay Rs.1000 for general and Rs.500 for ST/SC/OBC/PwD category as an application fee.

TRB has set a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Education (B.Ed./D.Ed.) and/or a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed/D.El.Ed) as the candidate's minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the TNTET 2020. The TET exam qualified candidates will pursue an eligibility certificate under the Teachers Recruitment Board's authorization.

The Tamilnadu Government has issued this notification considering the unemployment status of B.E graduates and their welfare. Previously, it was only those who had completed Arts, and Science degrees could pursue a B.Ed. Thus the work of the teachers was very heavy for BE graduates. Because of the unemployment status of BE graduates, the Government has announced that Engineering graduates will now be allowed to write the TET Examination, now known as the Teacher Eligibility Test.

No matter which section of engineering you studied, they can now write the TET Exam. It is worth noting that they can take the lesson for students from 6th to 8th grade in government schools.
