Imran Khan said Pakistan had been severely affected by its support for NATO forces' military operations in Afghanistan. Prime Minister Imran Khan has questioned Pakistan's slavery to Ukraine in condemning Western pressure on Russia.

Russia has been attacking Ukraine for 12 days. Russia's invasion of Ukraine has affected the everyday life of the country. As Russia's invasion of Ukraine intensifies, more and more people are fleeing the country to safer places.

Ukraine continues to fight Russian forces despite heavy deaths. Various countries have condemned Russia's invasion. In this case, the UN Leaders of 22 diplomatic missions, including members of the European Union, issued a joint letter on March 1 urging Pakistan to support a referendum on Russia.

Earlier, 34 countries, including India, Pakistan and China, abstained from voting against Russia. In this context, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, has given a warm response to the letter from the West.

Imran Khan, who took part in a political rally, said, "What do you think of us? Are we your slaves? Do you think we will do whatever you say? I would like to ask the EU Ambassadors: Did you write such a letter to India? '

"We have friendships with the United States, Russia, China and Europe. We are not in any camp. Since we are neutral, we will try to collaborate with these countries to endeavour for an end to this war in Ukraine," Imran Khan said. 

Moreover, Imran Khan noted that Pakistan was severely affected by its support for NATO forces 'military operations in Afghanistan, adding,' We are friends with Russia, we are friends with the United States; We are friends with China and Europe.'

The letter, signed by the ambassadors of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Japan, Norway and Switzerland, as well as the head of the Delegation of the European Union to Pakistan.
