Gang Rape Survivor Spanish Biker Fernanda Get 10 Lakh Compensation

The Spanish tourists Fernanda and Vicente, victims of a horrific gang rape incident in Jharkhand's Dumka, have been granted compensation amounting to Rs 10 lakh (approximately 11,126.20 Euros) by Jharkhand Police.

The District Legal Services Authority helped in transferring the specified amount directly into the victim's account. This transfer was confirmed by issuing a cheque and a formal letter. Both the cheque and the letter were handed over to the victim's husband by Dumka Deputy Commissioner Anjaneyulu Dodde and SP Pitambar Singh.

The Jharkhand police have taken strict measures to detain the culprits. The Spanish couple has shared a video praising India and has no negative impression of India.
