Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyakkam Inaugurated Vijay Library

On behalf of  Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyakkam, Thalapathy Vijay Library was launched today at more than 11 locations across Tamil Nadu. This library was inaugurated by Bussy Anand, general secretary of Vijay Makkal Iyakkam in Tambaram and Pallavaram constituencies.

After the Vijay Library, Bussy addressed the reporters and said,' The scheme intended to benefit students, teach reading skills and improve general knowledge. More than 300 books have been kept here in the first phase and launched today at 11 locations. We plan to launch in 21 more locations in a few days. Students can use these books. And you can sit there and read, or if you want to take it home, you can become a library member and take it," he said.

Further, he added that on November 23, twenty-one more libraries will be opened in five places in the Tirunelveli district, four in the Coimbatore district, three in the Erode district and two in the Tenkasi district. Similarly, on November 23, libraries will be inaugurated in Salem, Pudukottai, Sivagangai, Dindigul, Karur, Kanniyakumari and Tirupur districts.
