Director Moni Ratnam tested positive for Covid 19. He has been a successful director in the Tamil film industry for nearly 40 years.
He was recently busy with his Ponniyin Selavan direction, which holds many leading Indian celebrities. It stars Karthi, Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Jayaram, Prabhu, Parthiban, Vikram Prabhu, and Jayam Ravi.
The shooting of Ponni's Selvan has been completed, and the movie will be released on September 30. In this case, director Mani Ratnam has been confirmed to be infected with Corona. He has since been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai for treatment.
