Ilayaraaja's daughter Bhavatharini Body Taken To Native For Cremation

Ilayaraaja's daughter Bhavatharini, who was suffering from cancer and was receiving Ayurvedic treatment in Sri Lanka, died Thursday. Her body was brought to Chennai by air at 4.00 P.M. After arriving at the Chennai airport, Bhavatharini's body was taken to Ilayaraja's house in Thiagaraya Nagar.

There, Minister Udayanidhi Stalin, DMDK General Secretary Premalatha Vijayakanth actors Sivakumar, Ramarajan, Vishal, Karthi, Simbu, Vijay Antony, Vishnu Vishal, Satish, Anandraj, Udaya, Vijay's mother and singer Shoba Chandrasekhar, Gayathri Raghuram paid condolence.

Following public tributes, Bhavatharini's body was taken to her native farm in Theni district last night. Bhavatharini's body will be cremated today. Bhavatharini's death is a great loss to the Tamil music industry. Her songs are now trending on social media.
